Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

Management and Leadership

• Provide clear, concise, and positive direction to team members
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
• Review daily business reports, identify problems and suggest improvement measures to optimize performance
• Ensure adherence to daily and monthly operational tasks, including sales deposits, inventory ordering, and administrative submissions

Outlet Operational Leadership

• Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency
• Ensure effective execution of sales promotions by restaurant managers, coordinating ongoing maintenance for business continuity
• Review customer feedback and incident reports, ensuring necessary actions are taken and facilitating After-Action Reviews (AARs) for improvement

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure scheduled audits and compliance with standard operating procedures and SFA guidelines
• Communicate and enforce safe work procedures and safety rules across all team levels, implementing risk control measures as needed

Manpower Management

• Review weekly schedules for adequate staffing levels and coverage, managing manpower costs effectively within assigned outlets
• Handle employees’ concerns, conflicts, and attrition, maintaining accuracy in monthly timesheet submissions and facilitating hiring for succession planning
• Set challenging goals for self and team members, providing timely performance feedback, ensuring accountability, and enforcing HR policies, security, and safety procedures

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in F&B Management, Hospitality or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant knowledge of F&B management, systems and procedures
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical abilities, highly driven with strong work ethic, personal integrity and excellent leadership qualities.
• Willing to work on weekends or Flexible with work schedule based on operational needs
• Prior experience in managing multiple stores is needed
