Account Executive

NEED URGENTLY: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Need to have basic computer skills (able to use Excel or Word)
• Able to communicate in English (Spoken and Written)
• Has Accounting skill and knowledge on GST (able to use accounting software such as Quickbooks online, Oracle Netsuite)
• Able to work under pressure
• Friendly and Reliable
• Able to work in a Team as well work alone
• 3 Months probation period

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform account cum administrative duties such as

• Handle full set account
• Assist in quarterly GST filing
• Filing and tidying of documents and files
• Liaise with supplier/ vendor for purchase order and arranging payments
• Follow up customer outstanding payments
• Assist in monthly payroll and reimbursement claims
• Any other ad-hoc duties

*Working Hours:*

Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
