Procurement Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute sourcing activities for assigned products and services, including running RFPs, evaluating and selecting vendors, conducting vendor negotiations, and reviewing contracts in collaboration with internal teams and the legal department.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with the Group Procurement Policy, Standards, and Procedures to maintain governance and control.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to manage vendor performance and maximize contract value across the Group for effective cost management.
• Develop and nurture key vendor relationships, participate in vendors’ strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Work with internal teams to establish global Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics for vendor management and quality control.
• Support contract negotiations and agreement reviews with vendors to achieve the best commercial and operational outcomes.
• Track, measure, and report cost savings, and generate management reports as needed.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Category Lead or Head of Department

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in sourcing, vendor management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Corporate Real Estate or Facilities Services & Management will be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to frame issues clearly and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills, able to engage senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
