Role Overview

Are you a versatile and proactive Digital Marketing Executive ready to drive significant growth and forge strong partnerships in the exciting HR Technology industry? Do you thrive on creating compelling content and seeing your marketing efforts directly impact sales and channel expansion? HReasily is looking for a hands-on marketer to join our dynamic team in Singapore!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across owned channels (website, social media, email, content hubs) for key accounting and payroll partners to boost HReasily’s brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
• Develop and maintain content for AI-driven search responses (e.g., Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT), ensuring website content is current, engaging, and optimised for both human and AI consumption.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis, focusing on user intent for traditional and AI search within the HR Tech industry.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads to drive inquiries and conversions.
• Manage and update HReasily's social media, crafting compelling posts, articles, and visuals.
• Collaborate with tech, sales, and customer success teams to design and execute campaigns supporting sales outreach, lead nurturing, and conversions in specific sales verticals.
• Monitor lead progression from digital channels, providing insights and support to sales and customer success teams for follow-up.
• Track, monitor, and report on digital marketing activity performance: website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation quality, and partner campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement across marketing and sales support.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (content creation, social media, SEO, lead generation).
• Strong interest and foundational understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and structuring content for AI-driven search.
• Proven ability to create compelling marketing content from scratch for various digital platforms.
• Demonstrable experience supporting B2B sales and partnership marketing initiatives, understanding lead generation and conversion funnels.
• Proficient with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing tools, basic CMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and impactful messaging.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable individual thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with the HR Technology industry and solutions like payroll, leave management, and time & attendance is an added advantage
