Accounts Executive

• Handle CIPL (commercial invoice, packing list)

• Handle full set of accounting and responsible for the month-end closing including updating the bank book, journal entry preparations, and preparing monthly P&L

• Ensure the accuracy of management account and provide a financial statement to the Director timely

• Submission of GST Returns (quarterly)

• Submission of Corporate tax (annually)

• Other duties as assigned by director
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in General Accounting roles which include handling full sets of accounts and tax submission

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and advanced-level Excel
