About the Opportunity
What You'll Be Doing:
- Make a market growth strategy, including GTM strategies, partnership programs to achieve overall revenue targets and market share targets
- Develop and coach a high performing growth team to meet company priorities.
- Align resources, map KPI’s and translate the strategy into a strong executable growth plan to enable the company to be a market leader
- Conduct regular review of market trends and study local/global competitor activities to identify opportunities, and ensure that OKX remains competitive
- Work with global teams, including product team, marketing team, CS team, to implement and execute activities to expand our value proposition for market share gain locally
- Support management team with new market and product opportunities, including developing and signing new relationships with stakeholders in the local market and understanding and working within the framework of new regulatory environments Work with the legal, compliance and risk teams to ensure local growth team are fully compliant with all regulatory requirements
What We Look For In You:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or growth roles, ideally within fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech environments
- Proven track record of driving market expansion, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and competitive environments
- Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to translate data and insights into executable plans Strong collaboration skills with experience working across global teams (product, marketing, legal, compliance, etc.)
