Location: South Singapore Working Hours: Rotating shifts (yes, weekends & PHs too)

Salary:

• Basic : $2,500 – $3,700/month
• Gross : Up to $4,300++ (includes OT + night shift allowance + bonuses)
• Sign-On Bonus : 1-month salary (after confirmation)
  

• Keep your section running like clockwork, prep, cook, plate, repeat.
• Work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver top-notch service.
• Train junior cooks and keep the kitchen vibes positive and professional.
• Track stock, manage waste, and make sure everything’s labelled and stored right.

• Have 5+ years of kitchen experience, ideally in Western or Chinese cuisine.
• Lead by doing.
• Are cool-headed during rush hours.
• Are okay with rotating/night shifts.
• Take pride in your food, your team, and your kitchen space.
• Night shift + OT pay on top of base salary
