Lead Electrical Engineer

We’re hiring a Lead Electrical Engineer to take ownership of electrical system design and guide a growing engineering team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor engineers while driving improvements in design and execution
• Oversee development of electrical systems for power distribution and control
• Manage component selection and supplier coordination to ensure quality and efficiency
• Guide testing and validation to ensure performance, reliability, and safety compliance
• Own the full design cycle from concept to production support

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid background in electrical design, system integration, and product development
• Comfortable managing suppliers and resolving technical challenges
• Experience working across hardware, manufacturing, or automation environments
