Growth Marketer (Perp Dex)

About the Client:

The client is building a next-generation trading network on Solana, engineered for high-performance execution with sub-5ms latency. The ecosystem includes perpetual futures, spot trading, and a borrow-lend protocolpurpose-built for serious traders.

The Role:

Theyre looking for a Growth Marketer who lives and breathes crypto. Youll be the frontline operatordeeply plugged into Crypto Twitter, active in trading circles, and ready to do whatever it takes to grow the platforms user base and deepen engagement. This is a hands-on role across content, user support, onboarding, and grassroots BD.

What Youll Do:

• Activate your network of traders to drive usage and feedback
• Create native, high-context content for CT and DeFi communities
• Lead onboarding and support for high-value users and partners
• Coordinate and execute grassroots BD campaigns and collabs
• Relay user/market feedback to product and engineering
• Manage or assist with community channels, events, and partnerships
• Help shape product features to unlock growth
  
  
  

What Theyre Looking For:

• Deep familiarity with the crypto trading and DeFi landscape
• Fluent in CT memes, market cycles, and niche cultural language
• Proven experience building a personal following or user base
• Comfortable switching between content, support, ops, and BD
• Clear communicator and self-starter with founder-mindset energy

• Prior experience at a CEX, DEX, or trading-focused protocol
• Skilled at producing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
• Experience managing or growing a team
