dental assistant/receptionist

We're seeking experienced/new Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team at We Care Dental Surgery in the Bukit Merah Central Region.

$2000-$2800 depending on experience.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients warmly, ensuring a positive patient experience
• Handling patient enquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing the front desk efficiently
• Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing equipment and materials
• Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
• Ensuring the dental surgery and waiting area are clean, tidy and well-stocked
• Providing general administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients of all ages
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy front desk
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control
• Proficiency in using dental practice management software and other relevant technology
• A friendly, professional and empathetic demeanour to provide top-notch patient care
