Customer Service (Warehouse / Freight forwarding)

Location - North - Near Bishan / Marrymount MRT

• Basic + AWS + VB + OT pay
  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build strong relationships with and maintain good communication with Customer
• Run and confirm inventory allocations daily, managing inventory communications between customer and Warehouse staff, while assisting the warehouse team with inventory allocations in the WMS.
• Ensure paperwork is correct, matches the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain organized records of shipping and receiving documents.
• Update the WMS daily to reflect all warehouse activities.
• Assist Warehouse Manager and warehouse team with inventory reports and assignments.
• Invoicing to customer
Provide additional support as needed

Requirements:

• Must experience in warehouse customer service

• Prefer candidate with experience in logistics / freight forwarding industry
