Retail / Shop Sales Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced individual to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and customer service skills, as well as team leadership abilities, and be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior Manager and assist with operational tasks as required.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
• Assist walk-in customers in selecting and purchasing products.
• Promote products and maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer orders, inquiries, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness and a positive image.
• Develop strong business knowledge and align with company objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate both individual and team performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to staff.
• Prepare job descriptions and staff work schedules.
• Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service at all times.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Willing to work night shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive sales.
• Good management and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Candidates with overseas retail sales experience will be given priority.
