What you’ll do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations (Front & Back of House)
• Train, supervise, and motivate team members
• Maintain service, food quality & cleanliness standards
• Handle inventory, ordering, and shift management
• Ensure health, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Execute daily opening and closing procedures
Support the Manager in other assigned tasks and responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of F&B experience (supervisory/managerial preferred)
• Passionate, service-oriented, and a strong team leader
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends & PH
• Proficiency in spoken English
