Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze sales data to generate regular reports for management review.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of data in CRM and other sales platforms.
  • Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and goal tracking.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Coordinate with external suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
  • Assist in managing relationships with vendors, including contract management, service evaluation, and performance tracking.
  • Support procurement activities related to sales and marketing operations.

Sales Enablement & Brand Support

  • Assist in coordinating marketing materials, branded content, and event logistics in support of brand development activities.
  • Support the distribution and accessibility of sales collateral, tools, and training resources.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and customer service to streamline operations and improve communication.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure alignment of cross-departmental initiatives and ensure timely execution.

Administrative & Process Support

  • Maintain accurate records of operational activities and assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating travel, and drafting internal communications.
  • Assist with onboarding support for new team members, including access to systems and training coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and supply chain processes is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Photoshop and video editing skills is a plus.
