Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain a cooperative ecological environment with customers to foster strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring open communication channels and addressing client needs proactively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Account Growth and Upselling:

  • Undertake customer business objectives, actively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase market share.
  • Drive the achievement of business indicators by leveraging product and service offerings that align with customer needs.

Account Planning and Strategic Advisory:

  • Formulate comprehensive account plans, including sales, ecological, and marketing strategies, tailored to customer development goals.
  • Provide strategic advisory based on market insights to guide customer development and implementation of planned strategies successfully.

Project & Delivery Coordination:

  • Support the achievement of organizational business objectives by coordinating project implementations and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to manage project timelines, resources, and risk, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Responsible for monitoring account performance metrics and reporting on the achievement of business indicators.
  • Analyze market insights and customer data to evaluate strategy effectiveness and make informed recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

  • With more than 2 years of IT sales experience, able to communicate and understand customer needs to deliver product and solution information.
  • Familiarity towards technical processes for Industrial servers
  • Familiar with the Internet, manufacturing, operators, government public, finance and other industries, and have certain industry key customer relationships and partnerships
  • Proficiency in and use of customer relationship management, project operation, business negotiation and other skills to achieve project success.
  • Familiar with server products, understand the specifications and models of server products, have server sales experience, and be familiar with the channel sales model, and do customized product solution sales and exchanges for customers and partners.
