MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION MANAGERANAGER

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the overall operation and management of the steel production line, formulate and implement production plans to ensure efficient task completion

2. Lead technical team to optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

3. Supervise safety and environmental compliance, ensuring adherence to national standards

4. Lead team development, train technical talent, and enhance employee skills and execution

5. Coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve major production issues, ensuring product quality and on-time delivery

Qualifications

1.Diploma or above, preferably in metallurgy, industrial engineering, or related fields.

2. 10+ years of production management experience in the steel industry, with expertise in steelmaking, rolling, and related processes.

3. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 100+ employees.

4. Proficient in cost control,prior successful improvement cases preferred.

5. Highly responsible, resilient under pressure, with excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
