Accounting Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, A/P, A/R
• Prepare urgent payment on daily/weekly basis
• Prepare monthly payment to suppliers
• Update daily bank reconciliations
• Monitoring and preparing of cash flow forecast
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records
• Assist in yearly closing and audit matters
• Ensure proper documentations, compliance to accounting policies and standard operating procedures
• Provide support to other areas of the finance department
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience.
• Meticulous and organized.
• Proactive and independent
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, having good oral and written communication skills and be analytical, independent, and proactive
• Experience with Xero and Quickbooks is a plus
