Responsibilities:

Preparing global service activities according to customer requests and project requirements
Scheduling plans so projects worldwide were structures
Coordinating the required manpower, materials, tools and resources for the execution of service activities
Responsible for all the information documentation concerned the project (internal and external)
Handling of the administrative completion and billing of work
Monitor service email and holding emergency phone
Attend field service jobs

Requirements

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical / Electronic)
Min 5 years experience in oil and gas industry on similar roles
Abe to independently prepare service / commissioning work and coordinate execution
Ensure that all information is received and processed correctly so that service/ commissioning activities can be performed
Signal and suggest improvement in business and work processes
Asked and answer advice to internal clients and clients about work preparation, such as technical details and feasibility
Evaluation of service/commissioning documentation
MUST have knowledge and experience in the field of drive technology, mechanics and control systems.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Knowledge of project planning tools.
