Data Scientist

We’re working with a rapidly growing tech company to hire a Data Scientist to help improve internal operations and decision-making across teams.

What You’ll Do

• Build models to improve how tasks are assigned and resources allocated
• Turn raw behavioral and process data into structured features for analysis
• Lead data science projects from planning to delivery
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record applying data science to solve business problems
• Comfortable working with messy data to uncover insights
• Able to run projects independently and collaborate across functions

Nice to Have

• Experience optimizing workflows or decision-making through data
• Background in fast-paced, large-scale environments
• Familiarity with experimentation and impact measurement techniques
