Marketing & Comms Executive | Joo Koon

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing & Communications Executive to grow the brand presence of our high-tech golf driving range in Joo Koon . If you’re passionate about content creation, campaign execution, and engaging audiences through digital and on-ground channels, this role is for you. Whether you're a junior marketer or have 1–2 years of experience, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Create and manage content for social media, website, and marketing collaterals to ensure brand consistency and visibility.
• Execute digital marketing activities, including email marketing, Google campaigns, and social ads.
• Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), including daily posts, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Assist in planning and running marketing campaigns, promotions, and on-ground events to attract and retain customers.
• Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Monitor trends in the sports, recreation, and golf industry to identify new marketing opportunities.
Support with administrative tasks related to communications, reporting, and campaign logistics

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing/communications (fresh grads with passion welcome).
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills (spoken and written) to work effectively with regional and local stakeholders.
• Proficient with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing platforms.
• A proactive mindset, creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Bonus if you have experience in event management or a personal interest in golf/lifestyle/sports.
• 5.5 days/week, In-house meals provided.
