We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Cum Sales Executive to join our team. This dual-role position will involve overseeing and executing marketing strategies while ensuring sales target is achieved. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and a passion for both marketing and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.
  • Manage social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, presentations, email newsletters).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize as necessary.
  • Manage SEO and SEM activities, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant marketing support as needed.
Sales Operations Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily sales operations.
  • Track operational performance metrics and recommend improvements to optimize workflows.
  • Support operational and administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and database management.


Key Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
  • Experience in managing operational tasks, logistics, and supply chain is an advantage.
