Description
Associate Director, Branding Excellence

General Responsibilities
- Drive aspirational brand and portfolio growth through market penetration, share gains, and innovation.
- Develop and implement integrated brand strategies rooted in consumer, customer, and competitive insights.
- Strongly engage and influence key external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals through targeted campaigns & scientific activities to shape protocol, patient access and map patient journey
- Participate in business planning and lead initiatives that address market shifts and opportunity areas.
- Provide data-driven investment recommendations to optimize ROI and marketing effectiveness.
- Guide and oversee marketing execution, including content development, media strategies, and performance measurement across affiliates.
- Strong expertise in brand building, market development, and HCP engagement.
- Proven capability in designing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies (including digital, social, offline, and patient outreach).
- Advanced analytical thinking with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and communication skills to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Experience with New Product Introductions (NPI), Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management, and brand claim improvement strategies.
- Skilled in budget management, resource allocation, and marketing ROI analysis.
