Description

General Responsibilities

New product development:

• Market & trend survey:Support with market research, competitor analysis, and campaign execution as needed.
• Assist in concept development and coordinating with design team on pack design briefs
• Contribute to launch decks, in store activation ideas and digital content preparation.
• Project Management: Assist in project management by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor and track progress on various projects, identifying risks and ensuring timely completion.
• Website setup: Assist in website setup, management, and content updates to ensure accurate representation of brand/product information.
• Support in briefing and collaborating with designers/agencies for packaging, marketing materials, and digital assets.
  
  

Functional Skills And Knowledge

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in working with designers or creative teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with website management tools (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of project management tools is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor level or Undergraduate in Business Administration, major in Marketing
