Reporting to the Vice President, Asia Pacific Commercial the Director, Open Innovation will lead the India Open Innovation in India, is responsible for Southeast Asia/ANZ Commercial activities and also execution of the strategic Initiatives of NSEA. The role is located in Singapore, offered as remote, with 25% travel.

In This Role, Key Responsibilities Include
- Work with commercial teams and Videojet management to develop and implement strategic regional plans to support growth objectives and team development.
- Provide strategic support to the product management team to develop business plans for the penetration of attractive new markets (geographic and segments) and new product development and set priorities for maximum return on investment.
- Develop, maintain and report monthly to determine performance levels and areas for improvement with clear metric tracking.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results. Establish standard work and best practices to enhance operations
- Lead, coach, nurture and empower your team to achieve a high performance, high engagement and cross functional collaboration.
- Significant experience in commercial management roles within a related industry and in the specified region
- Experience developing strategic intitiatives and driving sales execution of a highly technical product, and associated services
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team through priority setting and effective commercial operations strategies
- In depth experience in people management, pipeline development and revenue generation in industrial, scientific or technical markets
- Proven track record of success growing a product line and penetrating markets
- Ability to interact, communicate, and influence all levels of the business internally and externally in the market to build productive relationships and continuously improve on process efficiencies
