Job Description

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Manage team documentation, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Coordinate internal communications and follow up on action items
  • Handle procurement requests, expense claims, and invoice processing
  • Plan and organise team-building activities and workshops, ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish

Scheduling & Travel Coordination

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and summaries as needed

Ad-Hoc Support

  • Provide general office and administrative support as required
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the team

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in a related field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and external stakeholders
  • Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus
