Administrative & Operations Support
- Manage team documentation, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Coordinate internal communications and follow up on action items
- Handle procurement requests, expense claims, and invoice processing
- Plan and organise team-building activities and workshops, ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and summaries as needed
- Provide general office and administrative support as required
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the team
- Diploma / Degree in a related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and external stakeholders
- Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus
