JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the Minerva IBP project rollout across Asia (9 countries), working closely with Consulting Team, country stakeholders, and global teams.
Support the Project Lead in schedule management, project budget tracking, and milestone delivery.
Develop and implement a standardised import/export process for the region, with future extension to AEMEA.
Work with country-level Demand Planning teams to monitor forecast KPIs, identify gaps, and improve forecast accuracy by channel and customer.
Represent AEMEA brands in Asia demand and supply planning forums.
Resolve cross-border logistics and demand-supply alignment issues.
Propose Asia supply chain frameworks, referencing best practices from AEMEA Supply Chain Management operations.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and gather market insights to support supply chain decisions.
Organise regional supply chain review meetings and coordinate Supply Chain Management training programmes.
Participate in global business ventures and DS workshops.
Requirements:
Around 6-7 years of relevant Demand SCM experience, preferably within Consumer Goods/ FMCG.
Proficient in SAP, MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLookup etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and manage different levels of management and stakeholders
Ability to work and collaborate with regional and /or cross-functional teams
Willing to Travel
