Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from welcome to farewell
• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Offer personalised recommendations based on guest preferences
• Handle guest feedback and special requests professionally
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented service area
• Assist with table settings, reservations, and guest turnover
• Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and operations team to ensure seamless service
• Actively upsell promotions and signature menu items to elevate the guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Customer-Focused: You enjoy engaging with people and creating positive dining experiences
• Team Player: Cooperative, respectful, and reliable under pressure
• Energetic & Presentable: You bring great vibes, confidence, and professionalism
• Adaptable: Comfortable with shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bonus: Prior F&B or hospitality experience is welcome, but not required—we’re happy to train the right people
