APAC Security Control Center Supervisor

We’re hiring a Security Control Center Supervisor to support operations at a key APAC contract. You’ll work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment alongside a team of supervisors, specialists, and analysts to ensure smooth operations and high security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily control center operations and specialist performance
• Manage incident response, communications, and emergency support
• Oversee report writing and intelligence briefings
• Coordinate with regional/global security teams and crisis management
• Monitor systems (CCTV, access control, intel tools) and ensure SOP compliance
• Provide first-level support for travel/emergency situations
• Ensure timely use of mass notification tools (e.g., Everbridge)
• Support training and policy implementation

Requirements:

• 3+ years in operations/communications center
• Bachelor’s in Security, International Relations, or related field
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with shift work (24/7 rotation)
• Able to multitask, handle crisis calmly, and make sound decisions
• Familiar with tools like Everbridge, intel platforms, CCTV systems
