Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and sales of pet products
• Communicate with pet owners regarding pet care, behavior, and updates
• Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold our brand standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with dogs is highly prioritized
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable around dogs of all temperaments
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
