Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive fundraising during the IPO stage, including equity and convertible bond financing.
  • Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial partners.
  • Prepare fundraising materials (BP, models, presentations).
  • Support due diligence and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Maintain investor relations and track market trends for strategic input.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Pre-IPO fundraising or capital markets preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead investor engagement independently
