IHQ Accounts Executive

Reporting directly to the IHQ (International Headquarter) Finance Manager, you will be responsible

• Preparation of accounting records, payment and journal vouchers

• Review and data record of overseas staff expense claims

• Prepare month-end closing schedules and deliverables to facilitate accurate financial reporting

• Assist in customers’ arrear management, review credit reports, repayment schedule

• Collaborate with HQ accountants during closing processes to review subsidiaries’ accounts and conversion to suitable reporting format and standard

• Assist in tax, audit, and other regulatory matters

• Assist in any other administrative work
