About the Role

We are seeking a creative, hands-on, and performance-driven Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing initiatives across our portfolio of software solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about lead generation, digital engagement and content marketing. Industry experience in construction technology is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with product and business goals
  • Manage marketing activities end-to-end, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with KPIs

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , Google Ads , LinkedIn , and other platforms
  • Monitor, review, and make recommendations for improvement based on performance data and insights
  • Optimize budget usage to maximize lead generation and ROI

Content Creation

  • Produce compelling content for blogs , email campaigns (EDMs) , social media , and landing pages
  • Align messaging with product positioning and campaign objectives

Lead Generation & Tracking

  • Drive lead acquisition through digital campaigns, events, and industry engagements
  • Track and manage lead data through CRM platforms, ensuring accountability and reporting

Product Marketing & MDF Management

  • Support product activities with targeted marketing strategies
  • Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) in coordination with partners and vendors for co-branded marketing

Events & Industry Participation

  • Organize and manage participation in trade shows , conferences , and industry events to build brand visibility

Optional / Desirable Skills

  • Website content management (e.g., WordPress or Webflow) — not required but considered a plus
