Role Overview

Lead the development and amplification of brand identity. Own our content, storytelling, community engagement, and educational platform strategy — both digitally and in-person.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Strategy & Identity

  • Define and continuously evolve brand positioning to reflect its vision, values, and unique proposition within the longevity and health optimization space.
  • Establish and maintain the brand’s visual and verbal identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, design, and messaging.
  • Develop a robust brand architecture and narrative framework that resonates with both B2C and B2B audiences across regional markets.

Content Strategy & Storytelling

  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated content strategy encompassing educational, inspirational, and community-focused content.
  • Manage end-to-end content production including ideation, editorial calendar development, scripting, creative direction, and distribution.
  • Oversee the creation of multi-format content (e.g. video, guides, articles, podcasts) aligned to the consumer decision journey—from awareness to advocacy.
  • Leverage storytelling to humanise science and technology, spotlight clinical expertise, and bring consumer success stories to life.

Community Building & Engagement

  • Design and manage digital community platforms (e.g. Discord, private groups, forums, or app-based communities) to foster peer support, behavior change, and member empowerment.
  • Plan and execute offline community touchpoints such as workshops, panels, meetups, and wellness activations to deepen brand affinity.
  • Create frameworks for member feedback loops, user-generated content, and storytelling co-creation to keep the community actively engaged and heard.

Brand Advocacy, Loyalty & Ambassadorship

  • Develop and scale referral, loyalty, and ambassador programs that turn satisfied members into vocal brand advocates.
  • Identify and onboard influencers, micro-ambassadors, and community champions aligned with the brand’s mission.
  • Measure and optimise the contribution of community-driven programs to customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Leadership of Content Operations & Thought Leadership

  • Own the global content calendar and thought leadership roadmap across executives, clinicians, and researchers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce white papers, industry insights, and proprietary educational materials
  • Guide spokesperson development, media presence, and PR storytelling initiatives to elevate brand trust and credibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

  • Growth Marketing to integrate brand storytelling into paid performance campaigns and creative testing.
  • CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to ensure consistent messaging throughout the customer journey.
  • Clinical & Comms Team to capture authentic content from health experts and internal culture initiatives.

Data-Driven Optimization

  • Track and analyze content and community engagement metrics to inform content planning, audience segmentation, and channel prioritization.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to refine brand strategy, community initiatives, and storytelling effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in brand, content, or community roles, ideally in healthtech, wellness, or consumer brands.
  • Strong track record in brand building, storytelling, and multi-channel content execution.
  • Experience growing and managing digital and in-person communities.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex ideas into engaging narratives.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for health and longevity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
