Project Executive/Supervisor

The Project Supervisor's responsibilities include recruiting new workers, monitoring performance, and making recommendations for improvement, as well as educating all staff on safety. He or she ensures that projects stay within budget and that required materials and equipment are available for timely completion.

• Participate in project planning
• Act as communication liaison between workers and management
• Act as safety representative for company and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Facilitate material ordering and deliveries
• Attend site meetings and perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required

Requirements

• High school, Trade Certificates, diploma or similar.
• Experience in the construction industry required.
• Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
