Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into various types of insured events, including Property, Casualty, and Work Injury claims.
• Assess, evaluate, and adjust insured losses in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and submit detailed, clear, and objective reports to clients.
• Provide clients with technical and professional advice related to claims and insurance matters.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g., insurers, insured parties, service providers) to gather information and facilitate resolution.
• Handle assignments and provide support for overseas markets as required.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines throughout the claims process

Job Requirements

• Higher NITEC, Diploma, GCE A Level, or Degree in a relevant field
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong writing skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
