Sales Manager

Working hours require shifts, eight hours a day, five days a week

Basic salary + commission

Store sales experience preferred

Responsible for daily store sales operations, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Manage sales team, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal and team incentives.

Maintain store customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate.

Monitor inventory levels, assist in replenishment and product display optimization.

Execute airport and brand marketing activities, analyze activity results and make improvement suggestions.

Job requirements:

More than 3 years of retail sales and team management experience, airport store experience preferred.

Have good communication and coordination skills, sales skills and data analysis skills.

Fluent in English, proficient in office software.

Strong stress resistance, adapt to shift work.
