Attachment Description
The trainee should be able to monitor the day-to-day operations of a cafe. They oversee the staff, manage finances, handle inventory, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provide excellent customer service.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Managing staff: Recruit, train and schedule staff. They also address performance issues and provide feedback.
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction: Ensure that customers are happy with their experience at the cafe, including addressing customer complaints and resolving issues.
3. Managing finances: Manage a cafe's budget, including tracking expenses and monitoring inventory.
4. Overseeing operations: Oversee all aspects of a cafe's operations, including food and beverage service, cleanliness and safety.
5. Marketing and promotion: create and implement marketing strategies through tiktok post/ instagram, etc. to attract and retain customers.
