• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.

• Prepare and control operational budgets.

• Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.

Sales, Marketing and Design and implement strategic plans to increase and maintain the company’s sales.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Identify current market trends and consumer behavior.
• Set goals and mentor sales staff.
• Present expense, revenue, and sales reports to the management team.
• Attend conventions and trade shows as needed.
• Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Customer Service - Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.

Sales Manager Requirements

Bachelors Degrees with 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a sales manager
