Cybersecurity operations specialist (Trend Micro)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Trend Micro Specialist to manage, support, and optimize the full suite of Trend Micro security products including Apex One, Vision One (XDR), SSAN, and TippingPoint NIPS. This role involves both project and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, upgrade, and manage Apex One, Vision One, TippingPoint, and SSAN
• Perform Day 2 operations: administration, patching, health checks, system monitoring, and alert response
• Review and fine-tune security policies for continued effectiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues
• Conduct security hardening and system optimization
• Support agent installation and deployment at scale
• Collaborate with SOC and IT teams to enhance overall threat posture

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Trend Micro Apex One, Vision One, SSAN, and TippingPoint NIPS
• Strong background in endpoint protection, IPS/IDS, and XDR operations
• Familiar with system tuning, patching, and SIEM/SOAR integration
• Trend Micro certifications preferred
