Service Crew (Japanese Restaurant)

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our Japanese restaurant chain as full-time service crew members. You will play an important role in creating a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome customers, assign seats, and present menus
• Take orders and record dietary preferences
• Perform cashiering duties
• Serve food and introduce dishes when needed
• Clear and reset tables, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area

Job Requirements :

• No prior experience required – training provided
• Able to communicate in basic English to interact with customers and the team
• Knowledge of simple Japanese is a plus (e.g., dish names), but not required
• Positive attitude, good team spirit, and customer-oriented
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods and carry light to medium loads (e.g. trays)
