Mechanical Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support project execution for one of our key clients—a leading player in civil and general construction, delivering large-scale infrastructure projects locally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and collaborating with internal departments to ensure project milestones and timelines are met
• Oversee and ensure mechanical and electrical works are executed in line with approved drawings, materials, and method statements
• Supervise project activities and maintain accurate and organized documentation
• Attend Site Work Coordination (SWC) meetings , and liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors regarding M&E matters
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to resolve discrepancies in M&E drawings and address site and technical issues
• Ensure compliance with industry standards , codes of practice , and safety regulations
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the project management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering , or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in M&E works and site supervision , preferably in tunnelling and large-scale civil projects
• Familiar with national civil engineering projects ; prior involvement is an advantage
• Proactive, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Preferably registered as a Core Trades Foreman with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
