AUDIT GENERAL MANAGER

Job Description:

• Oversees and manage all aspect of internal audit within the company in planning and executing audit engagement, including risk assessment.
• Provide independent and objective services to the businesses designed to improve operations, examine and evaluate procedure to ensure records are accurate.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports that outlines findings and recommend actionable remediation plans for management action plans.
• Complete audit assignments using a systematic and disciplined approach.
• Monitor compliance and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk.
• Perform periodic consulting to related personnel in coordination with the legal/compliance that promotes a high level of ethical awareness.
• Contribute to internal control initiatives (i.e. internal control documentation, including business narratives, flowcharts, control matrices, policies).
• Perform independent and objective reviews and analyses of business activities and related policies to improve operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of auditing, internal control, risk management or other related business experience with substantial exposure.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance.
• Prior public accounting, internal audit experience is preferred with comprehensive understanding auditing principals and practices.
• The ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop effective solution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage team in a high pressure and focused environment.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership, strong project management skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese associates for work purpose with presentation skills) and excellent verbal and written communication.
