Landscape Coordinator cum Driver

Job Description:

We are a landscape design, construction, and maintenance company in Singapore seeking a Landscape Coordinator cum Driver to lead site operations, ensure high-quality landscape work, and handle transport duties efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations across various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of landscape workers in performing softscape and hardscape works, including planting, turfing, pruning, paving, and irrigation.

• Coordinate site activities and ensure work is carried out according to design specifications and project schedules.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality and safety standards are maintained.

• Liaise with project managers and clients on-site requirements and updates.

• Drive company vehicle (e.g., lorry/van) to transport workers, plants, tools, and equipment between sites.

• Monitor and maintain landscape tools and machinery in good working condition.

• Prepare and submit basic site reports, attendance records, and material usage logs.

• Enforce safe work procedures and comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in supervision and/or horticultural work.

Experience in both softscape and hardscape landscape projects is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

• Good knowledge of landscape materials, planting techniques, and site coordination.

• Ability to read basic landscape plans and follow project schedules.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and guide work teams.

Able to work independently and under pressure in outdoor environments.

Licensing and Other Requirements:

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

• Familiar with Singapore road routes and driving regulations.

• Willingness to work at multiple sites across Singapore.

Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work.

Other Details:

• 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday).

• Salary: S$3,150

• Uniform, vehicle, and safety equipment are provided.
