Architectural Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Architectural Supervisor to join our client’s project team. Our client is a respected civil and general construction company involved in large-scale developments locally and internationally, including hospital and healthcare infrastructure .

The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all architectural aspects on-site, ensuring compliance with design standards, codes, and quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities:

• Review, coordinate, and prepare architectural shop drawings and related documentation for submission and approval
• Supervise and inspect all architectural works performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and design intent
• Ensure that architectural works adhere to quality standards and project requirements
• Coordinate architectural activities with M&E, structural , and other trades to avoid conflicts and delays
• Manage material requisition , cost control , work scheduling , and project documentation related to architectural scope
• Ensure timely execution of works in accordance with project schedule and site requirements
• Support compliance with local codes , BCA CONQUAS , and other quality assurance frameworks
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain good construction practices on site

Requirements:

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Building , Architecture , or related field from a recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination and supervision
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Codes and Regulations
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS , Quality Mark , and local quality standards
• Good understanding of safety protocols and site operations within the construction industry
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
