About this opportunity :

Our client is looking for a qualified ICT Tech Consultant whom has experience in dealing with HR domain of the company, with SAP HCM Systems.

• Manage all daily system integrations between systems and ensure data integrations are successful
  

• Provide daily operations support in terms of batch job monitoring and error resolution.
  

• Provide inputs for the development and deployment of CRs related to interfaces, such as during requirements gathering and UAT
  

• Coordinate with the data owner, for HR data where man-in-the-loop decision is required
  

• Monitor error logs and ensure timely resolution of interface errors
  

• Coordinate and perform secretariat role for meetings with different stakeholders and internal meetings
  

• Updates of documentation (i.e. SOP, Data Catalogue)
  

Qualifications:

At least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computing,
Electrical Engineering or IT or Equivalent.

Required Competencies
a. Good knowledge of information technology, especially in the areas of SAP
HCM ERP.

b. Demonstrated competency in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue.

c. Proficiency in SQL programming is preferred.

d. Competent in applying Microsoft Excel functions.

e. Experience in operation support including end user support, troubleshooting and testing is preferred.
