Media Assistant, Print Media

The primary role of this position is to perform scanning for selected publications. The role is also required to provide support during emergency situations.

• To perform scanning for selected publications based in Singapore according to the arrival time of subscription
• To search, buy and scan selected publications upon request
• To follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible, which includes must provide a consistently timely delivery and ensures the product are always at a high standard of quality. 
• Reacts effectively and quickly to any technical issues that could impede delivery time
• Proactively in recommending solutions to issues and always demonstrating a positive attitude
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees

Qualifications

• In order to excel in this role, the Media Assistant must have basic knowledge of computer, printer and good in communication.
• Computer Literacy - Google Sheet, with reasonable typing speed. Able to adapt quickly to new technology
• Tertiary Qualifications preferred but not essential
