Core Responsibilities



  • Provide end-user support by resolving incidents and completing service requests.
  • Install and configure hardware, computer systems, and applications within the Singapore regional office/ hub (Singhub)
  • Providing onsite support to tackle physical IT issues

As part of the Global End-User Support organization, you will have the opportunity to help us to optimize the usage of business technologies to increase the efficiency of The LEGO Group, in this case, your focus will be to ensure that Singhub is enabled with the company IT Technology to support all employees.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Min Diploma and above (Major in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent, Strong communication skills
  • General knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and MS Office application
