Working Hours: Shift-based | Weekends & Public Holidays required

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and guide them through our menu
• Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
• Clear tables and reset for the next guests promptly
• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
• Deliver a memorable Mediterranean dining experience

Requirements:

• Cheerful, customer-first attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
Interest or familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine is a bonus!
