HR & GA Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities


To handle all back-office tasks including:


1. HR Tasks

  • Responsible for company payroll, payment AWS & VB, claim, leave, benefit, CPF submission, employee income and maintenance of HRIS. (Infotech)
  • Responsible for all statutory government submissions and claims
  • Responsible for the full recruitment process included work pass application. (if applicable)
  • Responsible for application/renewal/suspension of work permit, S-pass, EP for employees including expats and dependents.
  • Be a role model & buddy with newcomers and support their smooth integration with the company. (Culture, people, etc.)
  • Responsible for the full retirement / resignation process.
  • Maintain internal global HRDB system. (Talent pallet)
  • Manage corporate LinkedIn account with vendor and post articles.
  • Conducting company events. (Lunch or Dinner at the special day)
  • Lead Annual individual performance development process, including individual goal setting, mid-term review, rating & calibration and communication of result of rating, merit increment with each line managers.
  • Give inputs in the design of training, development and succession plans and closely monitor the execution by Line manager.
  • Planning Budget of HR.
  • Reviewing and amendment working regulation accordingly through approval process.
  • Renewal company health insurance. (once/year)
  • Supporting SEA regional activities conducted by SEA management.
  • Any other relevant task from time to time.

2. GA Tasks

  • Ensure that everything within the office runs smoothly and efficiently in Operations.
  • Responsible for window of IT, such as laptop & printer procurement and setting, connecting HQ IT help desk.
  • Renewal company health insurance. (once/year)
  • Responsible for monthly birthday vouchers
  • Responsible for quarterly free product
  • Maintain fixed assets database such as laptop
  • Liaise with the office reception on administrative/operation matters and be the contact person
  • Handling in/outgoing mail/letters, couriers and deliveries.
  • Procurement office stuff and necessity equipment.
  • Handle requests and queries from line managers and colleagues.
  • Planning budge of GA.
  • Any other relevant task from time to time

Requirements

  • Excellent team play, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with everyone in the organization.
  • Open-minded, active tendency to accept different opinions from different perspectives.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management or relevant fields
  • Required skillset: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Preference of 5 – 10 years of experience in a HR role & GA role
  • Handle work independently.
  • Robust analytics, prioritization, problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge in IT Matters.
