We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative and Operations Coordinator to support our international partnerships and collaborative initiatives. This role is integral to managing internal coordination, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the seamless execution of engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Project Coordination
Serve as the central hub for administrative and project operations—developing and maintaining detailed project plans, managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing documentation (e.g., agendas, minutes, status reports), and tracking budgets and resources to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of international collaborative initiatives.
Manage International Collaborations
Act as the central liaison facilitating seamless internal coordination across teams to support global initiatives, including proposal development, documentation.
Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship-Building
Serve as the primary internal coordinator and external interface; organize meetings and events, foster strong relationships with international partners, and support leadership in expanding and integrating existing partnership networks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in administrative and operational roles, preferably within an international or partnership-focused context.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures.
